Our team is composed of experienced and highly motivated people, who help us achieve our goals in delivering first class service to our clients. Our merchandising team manages the critical path system of the order follow-ups. From the development stage to the exporting of the goods, we keep track of every little detail to make sure your goods are shipped on time. Our Quality department acts as a liaison for the merchandisers for smooth production of the goods. In addition, our finance team undertakes the assessment of our suppliers to ensure that they are financially stable and have the capability to deliver on their promises, this practice significantly minimises the risk our clients face. Using our skills, experience and proven methods, we are confident that we can fulfil all your requirements regarding any apparel manufacturing.

DAZ follows up each order in precise detail from fabric sourcing to garment creation, and final shipment. At each stage, our merchandising department keeps our clients informed of the real-time status of their orders.

As a policy, DAZ ensures that all of its cargo is handled only by a reputed forwarder to obtain accurate information including the exact vessel sailing details, and ETD / ETA of shipment. In suitable circumstances, DAZ may arrange a grouping of cargo arriving from different suppliers. This system enables the buyer to import several consignments as one lot and reduces the import cost on freight, clearing & forwarding and cargo handling. As an added value DAZ also assists in negotiating special freight rates on the basis of regular turnover. This results in a reduction of import costs for our clients.

To avoid demurrage at the destination, DAZ collects copies of shipping documents such as B/L, AWB, invoice, packing list, original G.S.P., Certificate of Origin, Export Certificate, etc. from all suppliers immediately after shipment and forwards them to each respective client. At DAZ, we value our client satisfaction above all, therefore should any discrepancies arise we will work with our clients every step of the way to find a mutually acceptable solution.
